Actual cost, not to exceed the salary of the lowest paid employee who, in the discretion of the record's custodian, has the necessary skill and training to perform the request. Staff time for photocopying, faxing, and making CD's and DVD's is included in the fee for those items. This fee is for researching, compiling, and redacting. The first 15 minutes are free. |
